• Legal entities registered under Commercial Law, with up to 20 employees, with state ownership less than 50%, as well as cooperatives
• Sole dealers, natural persons, registered as agricultural producers or practicing free professions
• To operate in the region of the respective branch of Mikrofond EAD

For Microcredits

• Sole dealers, natural persons, registered as agricultural producers or practicing free professions
